It was outstanding stay, I loved gorgeous food.
I've stayed here before and would definitely return here. Everything was modern, perfect service, perfect location not far from many cafes bars, restaurants and attractions as well as trams and other parts of the city. Every member of staff was great. The double room was reasonably large, the bed was comfortable. Having a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an iron was very convenient.

great experience but minor inconveniences
The room was beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated the lovely touches like the stroopwafels and chocolate gifts. Mark, our host, provided really good service, accommodating our request to store our luggage before check-in, great to explore freely. As a bonus, he offered excellent recommendations for local dining options, which enhanced our culinary experience.
The steep stairs could pose a challenge for some guests.

I noticed the bathroom was not, how do you say, immaculate-which is just shocking. Not to mention, where was my complimentary gift for putting up with all these imperfections? I mean, really.

Just got back from an incredible weekend in the heart of the city! The location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of all the action. The room was beautifully decorated with little touches that made it feel so cozy and inviting. The best part was the warm hospitality of the hosts - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us some great recommendations. Plus, the late check-out was a life-saver! Definitely coming back here next time we're in town!
Honestly, there was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about our stay. It was a flawless experience from start to finish.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the central part of the city. the location near a canal is charming and adds to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. the room was spacious and stylishly designed with attention to detail in every aspect.
It's unfortunate that the hotel does not provide a full-length mirror in the rooms.
